In-stock fabrics are dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-dyed or made-to-order fabrics are dispatched within 15–25 business days, as confirmed on your proforma invoice.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in the destination country. Unless agreed otherwise in writing (DDP terms), these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list and, on request, a certificate of origin.
Fabrics are rolled on paper tubes, wrapped in poly bags and packed in woven bags or cartons. Each roll is labelled with item code, colour, length and batch number.
