These Terms & Conditions govern your use of goldencolour.com and all purchases from Golden Colour General Trading, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or requesting a quote you agree to these terms.
Our website is intended for business and trade buyers. By ordering, you confirm you are purchasing for business purposes.
We make every effort to show fabrics accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and between production batches (dye lots). Weight (GSM) and width may vary within normal industry tolerance of ±5%.
Prices are shown in US Dollars per meter and exclude freight, duties and taxes unless stated. Tier prices are indicative; a written quotation or proforma invoice confirms your final price and is valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
An order is confirmed when we receive your payment or agreed deposit. Payment is by bank transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit as agreed. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
Delivery terms, lead times and freight are set out in our Shipping Policy and on your proforma invoice. Delivery dates are estimates and delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control do not entitle cancellation.
Please inspect goods on arrival. Claims must be made within 7 days as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Cut fabric and custom-made goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit or production. Buyers should test fabric suitability for their end use before cutting.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
