Step 4: Confirm and pay by bank transfer
Once you accept the quotation, we send a proforma invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer (TT) to the Golden Colour General Trading company bank account shown on the invoice. We never ask customers to pay into a personal account, so if you ever receive such a request, please contact us immediately.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received, unless other terms have been agreed in writing.
Step 5: Delivery
We pack and dispatch your order and share tracking or cargo details where available.
